After reading these comments...I'm confident that I know how people reacted to the first automobile. There should be training, cautions and limitations for this sort of thing just like with any other vehicle....But the tech is absolutely impressive!

I see no breathing apparatus, so I assume this “jet pack” is a substitute for oxygen tanks? I don’t even see fins on these guys. Everything should be certified by the professional association of diving instructors or the national association of underwater instructors because this is a matter of life & death! Even without a backpack, swimming in open water and/or cold water can be life threatening! Then there is the possibility of getting the bends. This device makes drowning so much easier!
Does it have a depth meter sensor? Like, for those who might use it to descend too deep that they have to come up slower to avoid decompression sickness.

The box is filled with inflated puffer fish. When they deflate like a balloon it pushes you along. They are creating a bigger pack that holds twice as many giant puffer fish.

$18,000!! As usual, an awesome product but overpriced to cater only to the 1% who can afford it... Evidence of this is the Peli case they sell (as an optional extra) is 160% more than the normal retail... yes realise they have to cover their R&D costs, but lower the price and increase sales volume... and before that cheaper Alibaba copy hits the shelves
