Hej Diane! Absolutely adore your coat/jacket that you layered with today... what a gorgeous colour and cut! I am the first to confess - I am guilty of coming home and dumping bags and all :( Sad thing is, I never used to be like that.. Now I feel the need to just hurry up and get started with what I need to do next, and convince myself I can manage to put away/ sort out all the paraphernalia later when there's more time.... well, we all know that never really happens.... So go you for reminding us that it just needs to be done - no second thoughts... just do it! So now when I walk in, I will put away immediately, and chuckle when I think of that moment you ran down to swap towels, leaving us with that wonderful view outside your kitchen window :) Looking forward to instalment 2 for today! Helen :)

I used to love carrying a purse it just made me feel pretty and accessorized when I went out. Since becoming a mom I only have the children's diapers bags so I try to look on the bright side I don't have a purse to get cluttered to have to clean out!

Funny - My dog decided to help me declutter the bag that I took to a concert last night. It had Lifesaver candies - in case I had a coughing spell. Luckily, I found him before he got them open and got sticky.

I think another one of my morning routines will be: Thinking of you, winterbathing with your friends. That could be a good inspiration for the day, a good method, to get in the right mood - instead of standing up in the morning and think "i don't want to go to work, I am tired" ....I will try thinking "Diane is skinny-dipping in the sea - how fantastic is that!!!! There comes a question in my mind: Do you have any good idea for organizing a work-bag/handbag? I always carry a handbag with me and another bag when I go to work. I take my frokost with me, an extra box with fruits and joghurt, a book to read for the 30 minutes I drive to work (or drive home after work) by bus. Sometimes I think one big bag would be much easier to handle but it gets to heavy.... Any idea from you - or the others here??? Gabi

I thougt about a rucksack - but I am sceptical....You never know who and what is behind you. And on a bus- or railwaystation are people often very close to one another. You will never notice when there is one, to open up one of the little bags outside or the mainbag. Perhaps I am a bit "damaged" from my work. I work in a criminaldepartment of a court....lots of robberies like that in my files. Alligevel - -I will give it a try!

You can wear your rucksack on your front (as opposed to on your back). That's what I do if using, say, the New York subway system, or somewhere where there may be pickpockets.

Oh yes, great idea...I've never thougt about that, but it is so easy!!!! Book, glasses, lunchpackage, umbrella - like a baby carrybag for babies!!! Thanks a lot!!!
