8:28 SuperTed was a cartoon that was made by one of Fantastic Max's creators, Mike Young, a few year before this show. Now while Hanna Barbara wasn't involved with that show, they did make its sequel series The Further Adventures of Super Ted which started airing a couple months after Max's first season in 1989 Also, yes, Jackie Loon is voiced by Garfield's voice actor Lorenzo Music.
