Affirmative Action was dismantled because it was unconstitutional. Ending the systematic consideration of race in the admissions process was a good thing. The admissions process should be based ONLY on grades NOT race or gender. I’m liberal by the way, and I can’t stand Trump, but I believe in EQUAL rights, not special rights.

@@Kookoo347 Affirmative action (when applied properly) does not only take race into account but it means that when minority and white competing applicants are equally qualified it allows an equal level of diversity within the shool or work setting by choosing the minority appliant when there's still an imbalance. It does NOT mean that someone *LESS* qualified should be accepted over someone *MORE* qualified just to achieve an equal number of minority studets or employees.

Seriously, that lame “reality” show ran for 15 seasons? It’s baffling that anyone would watch it. What bothers me is that NBC, the producers of this show and many of the participants saw Trump’s behavior and knew his “reality” first hand and yet they chose to keep this information private. Well, look at what's needed to make a mess of this election - that's what this prosecution was for, if not to boost Trump's popularity as has been the case [=with all these defamatory efforts. A producer came forward and stated that Trump used that word and refused to have this man as the winner of the first season in a production meeting. The producer wasn’t able to talk about it before because he had signed a 20 year non disclosure agreement that just expired this spring.

In one, he was asked what he would do to improve race relations in the country, and stop and frisk was his answer. The Supreme Court has already ruled stop and frisk violates the constitution, and that was well before 2016. Of course, that doesn't matter to Trump.
