Iran only wanted to hit the base where Israel launched the attack from. 5 of the 7 missles they fired at the base hit the target. They informed the US of their intention days prior. The cheap drones were just to distract and find out intel on Israel air defenses. The fact that US, France. UK, Jordon and Israel air defenses couldn't stop them from hitting the target is quite impressive. Iran has no shortage of drones and missiles.

B.S. They hit civilians. One of the few munitions to pass the iron dome hit an Arab settlement and severely injured an Arab Israeli citizen, a little girl. Tell the truth! War had benefits to early civilization. It facilitated technological advancement that was then used to benefit the civilian populations mainly the women and children and the aged and less capable. Civilization has evolved from that to what we have now. It's plausible that with the advent of autonomous drones wars can be more a matter of developing technology that will be useful without killing all of the best people. This is easier said than done as the level of co operation doesn't exist to settle differences . To that all I can tell you is that self representative government is the highest form of government attainable for our species when perfected and administered properly. It can be perfected beyond any other form of government a human is capable of creating. Such may not be the case elsewhere but on this planet that is how it works because we are human beings. It's in our DNA to be a certain way. We are capable of a much higher level of existence but some things are just the way they they are and will stay that way . Basically we aren't doing things the best way they can be done because we have not discovered a better way. The drama of time will tell if we survive or destroy ourselves. There's no guarantee we won't destroy ourselves. There's no guarantee

Seems like a lot of context was left out of this conversation. I find it interesting how these guys are saying Iran’s attack was a failure, when it is clear it was intended more as a symbolic warning. It has been reported a few other places that Iran informed intermediaries (countries like Turkey that they know are on speaking terms with the US) at least 2 weeks in advance of the attack so Israel and allies could coordinate defense efforts (which we saw US, Jordan, Saudi, etc. helping to take down the antiquated drones and missiles). Iran claims these older weapons were decoys for the few missiles that hit Israel’s military sites. It is likely true that Iranian military is no where near as strong as Israel’s, and they did not want to start a full out war. Sounds like they are getting closer every day to having nuclear capabilities so hopefully someone sensible will be leading Israel soon.
