Yeah the idea of turn signals on an RC crawler is ridiculous to me! Glad you did away with it on this beautiful rig. Can’t wait to see what else you do brother.

I, and many others, agree with you. Turn signals, as well as back up lights, are crazy. I want to get rid of them on my 1/18 K10 - version one. FMS has to stop with this already - my only complaint with their products. I fly RC also. FMS has great detail on their planes as well, great stuff.
Since you mentioned the aviation, I’ve been looking at them when I’m on their website browsing around and I think one of these days you might see me destroy one of them lol that’s why I don’t fly stuff because it’s so expensive and so cool and one small mistake and I think it’s destroyed 🤣🤣
As far as the lights go, I agree with you 100% when I did the mod on this it leaves the reverse lights on, but I got a chuckle out of that because me being a Ford guy I like making fun of Chevys and one of the big downfalls is the reverse lights always stay on on a square body, because of the reverse switch sticking.. 🤣🤣
The one thing that sells me on this one is the turning radius and two speed trans. We love our acx10 axiel 69 blazer just wished it had those capabilities

Thanks, bro!!! I actually used an interior that I had sitting around for a couple years.. it’s the Lexan interior they made for the Traxxas 79 bronco I forget who makes it, but I did find it the other day for ken at my mini rc.. I’ll try to find the link and post it here. I found a few other options that look like they might be a little better. One of them is the hard plastic anterior I believe from injora for the traxxas square body that one has a very nice dashboard and center consul, but it doesn’t give you the door panel options so you would have to get creative. Maybe add a lexan interior to that interior. Also, I found that they are making a lexan interior for the early K5 hi trail from Traxxas that is available in a blue that I think would look awesome in the black or orange fcx10.
@@WingnutsRC ahh sweet bro, thanks. I can't wait for my fcx10 to show up. That light mod is gonna be my first lil upgrade along with an interior. This is the first rtr I've seen in a long time that has good reviews from everybody reviewing it. I can tell it's gonna be a solid rig.
So I did your light mod, all worked besides the break lights. Not sure what's going on but I did it exactly the way you did it. Even got my light bar set up as well. But those red tail lights will not work at all.
