Tip from RC Informer, add some foam glue to your c clips. I've been doing this and haven't lost a clip yet.

I set my beaver up with ar637t and an avian 60amp esc. Thrust reverse is crucial on the water. Great plane and great video

You need to build a pond and get some floats for that Beaver. The Twin Otter can go on floats too.

Have mine on order from my local hobby town can't wait fms makes some really good planes my second plane ever is the fms sky trainer Cessna v2 and it's an amazing plane and I been flying 5 years and still have not crashed my sky trainer knock on wood I got 26 planes now and this is my first plane I have bought in 6 months I love big planes. I wish I had companies sending multiple planes a week to review man your living the dream flying rc planes and doing reviews on them as you fly and set them up or build them.

Definitely worth watching. I fell in love with this plane the first time I watched you fly it, a year ago or a bit longer? Just a solid big plane. I have the plane, the AR620 receiver and now since Christmas the NX8. So now I’m headed to the unbox, build and setup video. This will be an awesome Springtime to put this in the air. I can’t wait. Thank you both for bringing the Beaver back.

Instead of using the e clips , you can buy the star clips which are a press on There’s no specific size one size fits small to medium I keep them in my flight box, only difference is sometimes they’re a little harder to get off. You have to break them or cut them with side cutters.

This is my next purchase I love this plane.Always had a soft spot for the beaver.Great job guys!So nice to have the hydro lines out of the way.Some of the flying lines you were taking you could not do before,much more enjoyable 😊

I have become aware of the concerns that SIG is closing. Due to unfortunate circumstances, I resumed ownership of SIG in June of 2022. SIG is reorganizing and relocating to a more modern facility. Love this Beaver. I really want one, after seeing this video. Not sure my wife will be agreeable to the expense, as it would technically be my 1st. But, I've learned you're pretty much always going to over pay for the Beaver. Might as well enjoy it while you can. 👍

Sometimes these RC planes will pull a ribbon just for fun. But they don’t have the power to pull a long ribbon. I wonder if a ribbon with its own props, spaced ten feet along the length, would be possible. So the plane would be guiding the ribbon, but not pulling very much.

Already looking for the prices but sadly FMS does not ship to Germany :( In January I was looking for other models too :// I do not have seen you have neighbours behind the trees! xD Like always your videos are super enjoyable. Every time something new on footage :) I have been flying my Turbo Timber 1.5 and a bit of simulator as a small sport cub and now I can manage smooth landings after I had some hard landings. Your videos gave me too much CONFIDENCE because it looks so easy xD. Sadly I was also forced to look some other channels for a couple of tips and flying basics since I did not find too much on your channel. A couple of learning lessons from the basics would be really cool for a lot of people. But I think you don't want to do that since you tell to learn with someone else. I have gone to two flying fields and on the second one I found the clubs president that was very nice and invited me to fly without any problems. I also got an free insurance for three months through the Germany federation. So nothing can stop me from flying anymore, well maybe time and tailwind :) :P My daughter is also learning sometimes although she is still a bit scary after flying christmas plane into the wood xD

Great stuff as always y’all- quick question about the nx8 - mine developed a little stickiness in the throttle gimbal yesterday while flying. Have you ever had that? How would you fix it? Can I grab the fancy gimbals from the nx10? I hate the sticky feeling and it even squeaks a little if adding a little rudder input while trying to increase/decrease throttle.
