Thanks, my 1:1 has no texture but I do have a padded cover that I want to reproduce. I now have the roof textured and painted so it's back on. Thank you so much!
It’s looking good it took a lot of time to take it all apart & repaint & detail. And it’s nice to see it out on the rocks. I just had the FMS 10 Blazer out got it abit wet & just had a fun time it performed just like it should & had no issues.
Thanks buddy! Pretty quick for me, took it apart on a Monday had it back together by Sunday! Really enjoy the bigger size for detailing. Had my fcx10 out doing some mudding this weekend!
I just picked up a bone stock never ran off market place. I want to replicate my sister's YJ and gift it to her in hopes she will go crawling with me. Now I want another stock one for myself. It's actually not a bad rig out of the box. I started a mashigan project about a year ago. I pieced the body together through Amazon. It's full custom mocked up on a TRX4 chassis running AR60's. I three linked the front using TGH Chubs for the panhard. I have a custom built TRX4 transmission with 2wd/ 4wd option. After picking up a stock model, I feel like I should have just bought an RTR to customize. So now I'll be buying another one for myself. I want to see what I can do with it. Very underrated model, and the scale is damn close to the real rig.
@@timothybrown1189 excellent tim! I to am planning on picking up a second one to convert to leaf springs, conv kit is only 40.00 on fms website. I think the detail beats anything rc4wd has done! Might have to also get the fj 40
2:08 Thats a jem, matches the mashigan. Wonder if the grille from the willys (round headlights) will work with this. Love what you did with the rig!! 👍
@gerrysoldguyreview appreciate you bud, talking about your bro in arms is very meaningful. Did 25 yrs all county Sheriff's Dept. It's not the same, but I get it!
