7:06 - Oh, gosh darn it! Really, FN? This is silly in today's day and age. Good catch on it lacking ambi too. This pistol is... five to ten years behind at release. BTW: It's possible to get rid of that. You need either spare trigger bar, or spare mag spring, and tin snips.
14:35: Actually its ballistic performance bears NO resemblance to a 9mm round! It's twice as fast, and MORE effective (beyond dispute since Ft Hood!). An FN Five seveN is much lighter than, say a Glock19 in 9mm (same size) and carries more rounds (20 + 1). Also it's much easier to shoot, due to the MUCH lower recoil, so follow-up shots are easier and more accurate. It also has a longer range, especially with the fitted optic. At 100 metres it still penetrates Level 3 body armour, while a 9mm doesn't even come close. Nor does a .45 ACP. Just thought I'd mention these points.
@@Gruntreviews Ahh, OK. However, the 5,7 mm round is designed to not expand, but to rather tumble like a 5,56mm round - same design philosophy! Bottom line for me is that I would much rather pack the Five seveN than a Glock 17 or 19, or in fact any Glock. If I was coerced into a 9mm, it would probably be an FN 509! Cheers!

Also there is a guy on here with a video posted with paper work of him using this 57 on a guy after he got caught cheating with his girlfriend. He shot the man 8 times and the guy not only still lived but continued to charge him. Your hyping it up wayyyy to much lmao

Currently $813.00. Hoping I get outbid. Want to lose. Switching gears and going BER STORM FULL SIZE .40 Cal.. Going to purchase two BERETTA 17rd/mags and it comes with two 14rd/mags. PEACE
Way over priced. Why not get a Ruger or a PSA Rock or M&P 5.7 for way less money and they are better guns. Threaded barrel and higher capacity from actual steel not plastic mags from the Smith and Rock for less than half the price.
I want this gun & i am going to get it as a EDC . Should i trade in my glock 48 ? The FN 57 beats it by a lot , pretty much makes my glock useless now lol
I have plenty of Glock and stop carry them since I purchase the 5.7. I am still on version 1. I carry it plus an extra mag and still lighter than any glock.
