This mod made Faker a lot more scarier than before, before he was just a cool alternative to Sonic, now even in his base form he still looks creepy especially in Bf's solo where he stares at you and his eyes turn red! Black Sun also looks cool with him on the mountain top and the vines

Also during black sun, with how the devs made the sprites it looks like Faker/EXE or however you want to call it, the Sonic disguise seems to be visiblely breaking down during the later parts of the song, even more so then the transformation between forms showed.

been following this mods development for a while and gah dayem, this demo didn't disappoint at all! amazing sprites, amazing remixes and an absolutely phenomenal ending to top it all off! and this is JUST the demo! imagine how good the full release will be! legit can't wait, hope rust and his crew get a rest though this must've taken a while to make because holy shit is this just SO GOOD!

This version of Faker and Black Sun is peak perfection, no other remake of these two songs can beat this. Also I’m glad the FNF community finally learned to separate the art from the artist. It’s dumb that EXE got cancelled in the first place.

@@indico1753 yeah I heard about that. Apparently it was Right Burst Ultra that made the accusations so he could be the director of the Vs Sonic.exe mod. I’m not sure though because of contradicting information with some saying that Revie is still guilty while others are saying he’s innocent and Right Burst Ultra is the actual bad guy so I’m kinda neutral about it. Though I still liked EXE all this time, just didn’t wanna express that I did so I didn’t get attacked for it.

i love how the final two phases both seem to be refrences to his main "rivals" the iconic red background, we all know what this is referencing, and the final represents fatal error in my eyes. a "replacement" that wasn't exactly a replacement. there are a lot of similarities between the two visually however, so i think its fair to call him a "replacement" attempt. feels like faker is saying "i was replaced, but these replacements are just a fraction of what i was"

Fatal Error is 100% NOT an EXE replacement, he was created in december of 2020, LONG before any controversy with Revie and EXE happened and long before the mod even existed, I’m pretty sure he was already gonna be included before the controversy, and they barely show any similarities besides looking like sonic and being tall The only characters that are MEANT to be EXE replacements are Hog, Wechidna, and Chaotix

@@ghostopeeu4306 idk, how is a glitchy lanky red and black sonic persona with claws revealed after faker gets removed similar to a lanky sonic persona with claws that is glitching out in a red and black background? as i said, he's by far the least of a ripoff, to the point i hesitate to even call him one and i dont think he was created SOLELY to replace faker...but im sure he was initially considered to be in the sonic.exe mod to replace faker. which is unfair considering fatal error is actually a really interesting concept.
