Besides the general scaling issues and other shit that flixel can't handle, if you do this without changing the output resolution it makes it look ASS on a CRT because now the image is now pushed all the way into the center with ugly bars at the sides
It’d probably both look terrible, and not make sense. Pico’s School isn’t a pixelated game like that, and would look weird in it. Plus by that logic Boyfriend would have had his Pico’s School appearance, but he doesn’t so why would Pico?
Dude, holy shit, this is actually incredible. You need to be on the Funkin' Crew. The only thing I might change would be having Pico follow the turn based rules less, since in the original remixes, he pretty much never does that lol Other than that (which that isn't even that big of a deal at all), these are by far the best fan made Pico remixes I've seen so far. This seriously goes hard as fuck.
Like I said in a previous video i maintain that senpai is absolutely TEARING it up! Love him so much!still hoping for him to be a playable character although I doubt it. It's also good to see Spirit as actually menacing, not to mention the adding of extra effects so I can finally tell his chromatics apart from Senpai!

Haxe (the language the game is coded in) is most known for its ability to export to basically every platform due to the way it exports and builds the game. The actual reason they went on hiatus was in part due to starting the funkin crew company. And also to work on a bunch of resources and have a huge backcatalog of resources so that they're ahead of their updates. The weekend1 assets, music, and mechanics were all done like a year and a half in advance.
@@lithium5356 i went into storymode, selected the week , played the first two songs, and when the fake error came up and i pressed ok, it took me back to the week selection menu
