You dont even need that much strength in sof. Just train explosiveness, strength stamina with more reps but lighter weights, do yoga (injury prevention), and do norwegian 4x4, aka 3 minutes sprints at 80-90%, then jog 1 minute for rest, repeat 3 more times, and do rucking. You dont need to gain freaking 30 pounds, it effects your joints etc. Gain 10--15 pounds max. Great tips man :)
Agreed. Having to drag your 250 lbs teammate (~300 in kit) off the battlefield is not an ideal scenario. Looking jacked is cool, but beyond reasonable amounts of muscle, it’s not going to make you a better SOF guy
