I have learned a lot for your videos, thanks so much. I have been told by a chiro that my tight calves and Achilles issue are the result of a trap tibial nerve. Do you happen to have a thought on wether this is a possibility.
It may contribute to it in some cases, but treatment should not be focused only on that - if you want to test it for yourself, I explain how to test for increased neural tension in this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-tVJeJOa2Qqk.html
Should you do these exercises once a day? Also, can you do these right after injuring the achilles or should you let it rest for a few days before doing any of these exercises? Thanks!
It is usually best to leave at least a couple of days between strong massage. Gentle massage can be done daily. But if your Achilles is newly injured, you don't want to massage the tendon itself, but it is likely OK to massage the calf muscles.
@@TreatMyAchilles Thank you for the response! One last question, do you have to wait until you have almost no pain before doing exercises to strengthen the achilles?
