I use to fly rc planes & jets. We we used foam for wing cores, we would take our airfoil template & seal the edge where the bow wire would run. Use CA glue a thin or medium then sand it very smooth, that slows the bow wire to slip nicely on the template.
I'd love a video on switches. I'm trying to pick out one for my new rocket and there are lots of opinions on what's good and bad out there. Also the actual techniques for making the switches easily accessible from outside the rocket would be helpful.
