I tested what he did on my FOB and turns out it works. Though I am not a pro like him (my reflex is on, level 50 FOB, night time infiltration). That ledge dive takes practice. Soooooo much practice.
Even if it's a training infiltration, it's an amazing demonstration of stealth skills. It had everything: overcoming custom security 0:36 & auto-placed security 1:31 & diving to a ledge 2:06
It takes a lot of practice. But basically when aiming your gun, you know how there are 5 tiles on the side of the platform you are aiming at? you have to position yourself exactly where the second tile from the right is. You then have to quickly move forward while aiming and press the quick dive button and that should land you right on the platform. I don't know how this guy managed to pull it off without aiming his gun but it takes true skill to do that. I've never been able to do it like that before. It's too hard adjusting my character without aiming. I wouldn't advise doing this trick in an actual FOB unless your 100% confident you can pull it off either. But hopefully this helps :-)

That's a capital bs there! I'm referring to being spotted. The very second they spotted me in the same fashion the video shows, is the same second they go on the alert. Must be the PS4 thing or extremely unlucky. Anyhow, as the video itself, "You're pretty good". ...Rather you're excellent lol.
+SvyturysExtra i just spam the grab button (triangle on PS, don't know which is in PC) when im in the air and stop presing it when i hear the noise indicating that I grabed on something ... or when i fall to the ocean.
0:52 Not a bad mine placement set-up, but to cover more range, the camera would've been better on the helipad...and better at a higher grade for turn-speed.

nice its just training ur good but in a fob of some one else´s people become stressed i cant do this with the same concentration and the same bold attitude
There must be something wrong with the pc version if you can get away everything he just did. He's bouncing around in broad daylight and no one can see him?
+John F Right!i saw a lot of things here which are impossible to do in the console version; the sniper had aiming when he was grabbed in the fence, in a platform of this level staying in that position it means a sure death, same thing the uavs which they never noticed him!and isn't just this, there are a lot of other weird things in this infiltration!
+John F A lot of it has to do with how the game actually detects you. In particular, any input on the analog sticks significantly lowers your camo value. This is why a lot of FOB footage features the crouch into divejump. As long as you don't touch the move stick, you're counted as sitting still. Secondly, when an enemy sees movement and they go into investigation mode (white direction notifier), they focus on that spot which can sometimes make them less perceptive if you can move far enough away from where they first saw you. When you combine this with the combat roll, which is stealthier than belly crawling, you can sometimes roll right past guards as they investigate where they first noticed movement. Other than that, the UAV's will actually never notice someone if they stay still in the lowest stance. I've tended to need to use the actual stealth mode (where snake ducks down) when they're right next to me, but otherwise they're pretty much mobile motion sensors.
So is he just hitting a weak point (gap in armor) for the tranquilizations? I guess I haven't tried hard enough, because armored guards (mainly helmets) were giving me Non Lethal trouble
Yes they do - while they aren't with a full face shield (like bound dragons) you can't shoot the top of a head with a tranc on high level lethal bases. But you can shoot the mouth / upper neck below the helmet but above the armor.
+WhoStoleMahTruck If you don't get spotted, the defender isn't alerted. Only if you're playing Security Challenge will they get alerted immediately. And even then, the defender could be asleep or away from his game :P
I'm sure someone can correct me if I'm wrong. Nukes can prevent nonhero players from invading your fob, heros can invade though. I think people mostly build them to bait people to their fob for pvp since they always try to steal nukes. Hopefully this helps you somewhat
Vinoth sparkZz It's not harder. I have played both versions, and actually the movement controls are more accurate in the ps4 version. The only difference is that on the PS4 version there are less S++ soldiers available to steal.
