I rarely happen to suddenly want something delicious but I don't have anything ready, so I opt for this focaccia which I alternate with different fillings if necessary.
Today I made it with potatoes, simple and quick! It really takes 5 minutes (plus cooking) just mix the very few ingredients and bake! If you prefer, you can leave it simple with just a drizzle of oil, salt and rosemary, or stuff it after cooking!
🌡️ 20-25 minutes approximately 180° Ventilated 175° Static (5 minutes before the end, add the cheese)
📝 Ingredients: for 4 people
300 g semolina flour (or flour 0)
180 g Water (room temperature)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 sachet Instant yeast for savory pies (8 g)
1 potato
Rosemary
