I have the very first Focus Cayo disc 2014 till today, untill... I purchased TIME 2023 which obviously bits every bike in the World.

I take it either you haven't raced long or you haven't ridden many bikes! I have everything and ridden almost everything and raced for decades. Trek /Eddy Merckx / Marin /look/time/ Colnago/Tarmac/Giant /Avanti / Pinarello I actually have 2 models Prince and Paris / Focus Izalco /Stork Scenero / Teschner Virgin Atlantic limited edition. I have also a Scott. These are only a few I have ridden over the years and still have. Most of these I have more than one model of. But not focus I don't find them that special sorry.

I don't buy performance marketing anymore. They are all the same. However this bike ticks 2 very important boxes. Serviceability (Integrated look but actually external cables) and visual appeal. Good work.

I have the current Izalco Max and think it’s exceptional, if this one is better Colin has definitely been busy😅. It is a miss in my opinion not have FOCUS on the downtube. Look forward to see what’s been done with the Paralane.

1:24 distance or speed of 45 km/h? 1:35 is this revolutionary? every single bicycle out there has a standard water bottle behind the downtube 🤷‍♂ 1:40 integrated cockpit and hidden cables.. never heard of this 🤔 Congratulations on catching up to bike tech of a few years ago 👏

Hello there! - The new IZALCO MAX outpaces its predecessor by a remarkable 1 minute and 47 seconds when covering 45 km at a steady 45 km/h. - It might seem like a small detail, but the fact that a standard water bottle is nearly completly hidden from the wind is a neat touch. - We're thrilled to introduce you to the concept of clean cockpits! :) We appreciate your congratulations! New version looks as any other bike, older version is more characteristic in apperance and geometry - it is relative it is better or not of course.

As with most bikes, it comes with way too wide handlebars. I find this quite strange for a bike focusing on aerodynamics, as narrower bars are really low-hanging fruit. A 54cm M size frame should have 40cm bars, not 42cm. Small women riding an XXS frame need something narrower than 40cm. Replacing the handlebars would probably require you to redo the wiring, which would be a significant investment in time and money with hydraulic disk brakes and internal cabling everywhere. This is definitely something which would deter me from getting this bike.

I have a FOCUS IZALCO my stork makes it look like a Kmart bike! I almost never use it. Not even for training I have better bikes.

Warum gibt es keinen Focus Schriftzug mehr am Unterrohr? Das sieht von der Lackierung leider etwas unfertig und billig aus. Schade, da gefällt mir mein izalco max 9.7 in Silber schwarz aus 2019 wesentlich besser.
