Failing NNN at the start is like stumbling in the beginning of a marathon. Do you give up, while you only just started? Hell no! You get back up and run the race. Though you might fall even more than once, the goal is finishing the race to the best of your abilities. Use what you know to get yourself through. Be active. Have something to keep yourself occupied with. Spend time with family and/or friends. Keep on doing the best you can!
in the last days i like to watch self-improvement videos because they boost my motivation. The short, precise information given in your videos is exactly what you need to fill some time thinking, especially self-reflection.
the big issues are not out of your control. ignoring them is immoral. but you can avoid overstraining yourself but still be a net positive for a greater cause. by boycutting things and surround yourself with people and ideas that fit into the greater thing. these measures are more passively effective and leave energy and ressources for other stuff
