Everything is useless, only asneer is education, i couldn't study because of dyslexia, and i had a very tough childhood, i had a tough teenage, my career ruined, all you need is career to be happy and with this you can take care of others, rest is all rubbish

Ameen. Try to do regular fasting it will help your body immensely... Maybe you can start the ketogenic diet also. You must avoid the carbohydrates because they increase the insulin which makes you put weight on. Watch Dr. Eric berg on RU-vid about the ketogenic he explains it all very good. May Allah accept
