Why after progesterone release, LH surge goes down? Does a lot of progesterone also have a positive feedback on LH?

any idea on how to lower your LH levels when they are extremely high

Hi Doctor, I'm a 51-year-old male and I recently got my blood test results. My FSH was 16.8 (clinic's high: 12.4) and LH was 9.9 (clinic's high: 8.6). Are these levels being higher than the clinic's marked highs something to be concerned about?
