I was in Harrods at the weekend with the 10% off and got a Chanel necklace in the sale. I find the people in Chanel super stuck up but Dior are always friendly ... same with LV!
Angelia Serbinski lol... the men in the store have always been helpful but the women’s attitudes says a lot. It’s so strange as Dior are so welcoming and give you drinks and make you feel welcome
Sam Chan I got a discount off a £500 necklace. I paid something like £350. The Harrods 10% didn’t go towards this. It did however go towards a pair of full price Chanel sunglasses
I have the same hair color as you and trust me when I went blonde ( JLO blonde ) I absolutely LOVED IT. When I had dark hair it looked like I had the life drained out of me. But my advice is go Balayage because it blends so much better and when your roots grow out it’ll still look cute. It’s a process. It took me ALL of 2019 to reach the beige color I want but maintaining it GIRL that’s another story. I think when you know it’s time to change your look - do it and have fun with it! Personally when I went lighter I got that youthful glow back. If I ever crave going dark my hair colorist and stylist told me to just get a wig lol I never appreciated having lighter hair than I do now. I think you’ll look amazing with Jlo’s color!
I've done the same type of facial. And you are right! You see the results immediately. The facialist did my one side of my face first, and she blew my mind!! I actually have bought the NuFace Trinity for home use. I packed it away for the move to Europe, and still haven't unpacked it yet. Still getting the new house sorted with new bathroom cabinets and furniture, etc. Can't wait to start using again. Great video, as always xo

I do really like the occasional skin care segment. You did one a few months ago and reviewed the Gatineau moisturising face mask. I bought it and have been using it once or twice a week for a few months now and it is fantastic. I put it on about half an hour before bed and sleep in it and my skin feels lovely in the morning. So, thanks for recommending that.
I travelled to London for work and was also at Harrods & Chanel @ Bond Street over the last weekend. I was really put off by the service at Chanel. The Sales Associate that was "helping" me didn't even know the sizes of the Chanel Vanity bag. How is that even possible? Also, no constructive comments or suggestions given when the Coco handle that I wanted was out of stock. It was a really strange and odd experience when I was expecting so much more.
Sophie, tell David to check out stone island puffers. I’ve got one, made in Italy, very warm and great quality. I got it on sale for 400 pounds, 50 percent off! If he doesn’t like the patch on the left sleeve (for example doesn’t wanna be associated with chavs lol, stoney is like 2nd Burberry) he can take it off. (It’s detachable). You don’t talk too much on skin care and your skin is always so flawless on camera. Can you do a detailed skin care routine/review. As it would be fantastic seeing as you have such amazing skin always. If you have ever had issues with skin can you explain and how you have been able to resolve and get to the condition your skin is in.

It's a shame Chanel has been less than pleasant to you. I live on the West Coast in the US and was lucky to find a funny, knowledgeable, and charming SA at Chanel. He met me when I was a teen and treated me with respect, not laughing or snubbing me for being so young and dreaming of a Chanel bag. Eventually I saved my money for my dream bag and I was happy to have him assist me with purchasing it that day. I always tell people to ask for him because it is a joy to work with him.

Great to see you in that light camel jumper at the end. I know you love grey and pink and you can wear any colour and make it work but you suit warm toned autumnal shades so much. I wish that By Terry would make that powder in a pressed version, i can't deal with loose powders . For about a year i love the Charlotte Tillbury Airbrush powder and it is great, it never cakes no matter how often or how much i apply ! (most days i do just like you, moisturize, a bit of concealer and then powder)

I bought the eye serum from Etsy and it really hydrates the eye area. I can't wait to see the results after continued use. I have somewhat pronounced laugh lines around the eye area. (nice way of saying wrinkles) Love the boots!
Hair looks lovely! You know when you were saying you have phases when you can't sleep....look at new moon phases, so many people can't sleep around a new moon, literally wired! Moving on....OMG...I remember R.Soles, their boots were always worn by Vogue models, I had a couple of pairs, and they were so classic. Jeffrey Campbell are quite authentic now.
