18 points for 18 years of in - gym training. Long may it continue! Hopefully with these videos I can inspire some folks to remain natural. Its a hell of a journey and a shame to see so many muck it up. iam def not build for squats iam 6´6 but i dont squat for big legs, i squat because i love to squat and i build my quads with leg press split squats leg extensions iam much more build to deadlift wich i also love the exercise i hate te most is bench press prob because i suck at it and have really long arms but still do it lol

@@hanskazan7403 if you love something and you and exercise because you love it then it’s warranted because that’s what life is about. However, doing an exercise like deadlifts and hating it but doing it because you think you need to is probably not a good idea.
