Its best to just assume no one is judging you, Chris judges himself, and others, causing him to assume the same judgement from everyone else. You gotta be able to live without judging yourself, to understand how to live without judging others. So if they are judging you, you can just forgive them because they know not what they do.

I have sympathy for someone who was hit by a drunk driver and now is in a wheel chair for the rest of their life, they didn't choose that. I don't have the same sympathy for Fatty, because he chose this himself. He expects the same sympathy though, and sees himself as a victim. He plays the disability card all the time, he is disabled, but not in the same way that someone who is the victim of an accident or a genetic condition is. It's all his fault, his condition is reversible, but it's up to him to do the work to reverse it.

At that weight that fall will fucking hurt, he falls a lot so I don't think he'd do that on purpose. At my fattest I had to hop up on a shipping dock and just landing in the pushup position like that felt like all my organs got fucking yanked out.
