I have the same problem. Used it for only 1 month then it stopped working. The light turns on when connected to a charger. But I can't turn it on, no light indicator appears (red or blue). I put it on charger, light turns red again.

Guys, mine's okay now😊 I just did what he did. Just press and hold for 10 secs then put it back on the case and try it.😊

@@oneday7283 hi, I just followed what he said. I pressed the both flat part on the back of my earphone for 10 seconds and put it back on the case.

It is impossible to fix.

@@palomiita bro i just solved it look at the charge place of headphones there is a blue protection sticker just take it off

Acionei a Baseus pelo Ali. Eles negaram mas como estava no prazo de garantia de 1 ano, chegamos a um acordo e paguei o frete 35 Reais e eles me enviaram um novo.

@@marcomontenegro9691 Entendi. Então não resolveu o problema do que estava estragado, mas ao menos conseguiu um novo. Eu tenho um e meu irmão outro, o dele deu problema e estava tentando resolver. Mas grato de qualquer forma.

@@ejimports2735 KKKKKKK 😭😭 é a segunda vez que compro esse fone, pq a primeira vez eu acho que sem querer joguei no lixo 😢 e o primeiro já tava a um bom tempo e esse segundo no início tava tranquilo não sei pq aconteceu isso vou chora, tô tentando de tudo pra não picar o pé nele também 😁

@@palomiita a marca é muito boa , tenho outros produtos da marca e são bem top, mais como todo eletronico da problema , axo que nao demos sorte , ainda bem que paguei barato numa promo no ali a 1 ano atras , e paguei 15 reais nele ..
