Maybe you already know about this, or not. I'm just going off of what you said in the video. The composers and arrangers (e.g., Dimeng Yuan, Yijun Jiang) are part of Hoyo-mix. So, as far as I know, there is no new composer for them. And not all of the music before fontaine was only composed by the Legendary Yupeng Chen. The Hoyo-mix team has made their fair share of bangers, at least in my opinion. So we're in good hands.

Im telling you, "Plui sur la ville" is a must.

I couldn't believe it when I heard the viola de gamba in the piece lol. Fontaine has to have some of the best music in the game (after Sumeru).

Somehow this reminded me how you picked your first Genshin OST as an April Fools joke ... and it stuck. Hoyo-mix is a group of composers for quite a while now. After Yu-Peng Chen left, there are still at least 9 core composers in it and they cooperate with external artists too (source: Wikipedia). Even with so many people, I think they managed to keep considerable consistency not just in quality but also in music ... philosophy? Approach? Style? I'm not sure how to call it. Though I must say that as of recent half a year or so I do feel occassional tendencies in it towards approaches that I don't like as much as I liked the original ones. That's not the case for this song but there are some songs that to me feel like they're every now and then getting lost on their way.

hoyo mix was left in really good hands, i adore every piece of soundtrack that was made for fontaine also the soundtrack that played during the "drown" scene.. if ya know ya know was perfectly unsettling

I really love the Fontaine Music. Sumeru was my favourite. I thought fontaine might not be for me and they prove me wrong. ''Lamentation et triomphe'' is so good and it's my favourite Battle theme right now. I love other two but this ost was the reason that change my perspective of Music from Fontaine. So if you react to it,I'll be so grateful;w;

One of my favorite battle themes from Fontaine is called Virelai des marees. Unfortunately it hasn’t been the most widely discussed of the battle themes and it is the only one that doesn’t have an official video performance. My favorite battle theme from Fontaine is still Rondeau des fleurs et des raprieres, but I definitely think Virelai des marees is the most interesting.
