Fontenille Pataud Le Thiers Knife Review 

Loved it, gorgeous knife. It's fun how you can see the French heritage because of the Lagiole air. 14c28n is a perfectly fine steel. 😁👍

I saw this knife a while back when i was googling Laguiole knives. It's definitely cool for people that are into watches also. I like the Spartan knives "Time waits for no man" knife.

Love both the knife and the watch. The knife is so unique, fit and finish and aesthetics is spot-on!! “I swear I will not get into watches” but that watch is so cool 😍😍

Very classy! Just FYI I've been to 'Thiers', it's a village in France where several small family-owned businesses have been making knives of this shape for decades. That is why this style of knife is called 'Le Thiers' (or 'The Thiers'). Fontenille Pataud is one of the biggest of those business, and just to make matters a little complicated they also make Laguiole-style knives lol...

I've been paying attention to French knifemakers recently. They do some fantastic work. I'd love to pick one up but it's kind of difficult with the language barrier
