Familiarity breeds confidence so stick to a couple of trails that you feel happy with and just repeat over and over. You may feel it getting monotonous but stick with it. You will know when you’re ready to move up.

Hi Michael - I ain’t dead! I had a very busy 2021 renovating the family home (plus lockdowns!) and didn’t ride at all. I also took a big disliking to social media so took a break from that too. Not sure whether I’ll get back into making videos as I’ve just started a new hobby. Thanks for your concern though and hope you and your family are keeping well. Cheers, Adrian

No, last I heard he tried gap a river for a comeback episode but, thanks to too many pies and beer, gravity bested him and he was swept downstream never to be heard from again. Rumour has it that someone resembling him was spotted in a guitar store…
