Foo Fighters - Baker Street 

In the 2000s I remember having to scour the Internet for this. Still to this day this cover brings something ethereal out of me. Thanks for uploading.

A lot of people ask me what my favorite Foo Fighters song is, I usually respond with Everlong. Deep down, I’ve never heard a song more ear-pleasing and soothing as this song. They didn’t even compose this song, it was a cover from George Rafferty which baffles me. This is a song I like to bring up when talking about covers. Not all of them are good, but this ones the best.

There are so many great songs from the 60s and 70s I would love to hear covered by modern groups. This is definitely one of them.

I’m not gonna lie and suggest I’m some profound Foo Fighters fan but this version of an awesome Jerry Rafferty song is my favorite and they crush it

Lost my dad couple years back this was one of his favorite songs I even tried to learn it on sax so I could play this with him this just brought a smile to my face when I stumbled upon this cover from my favorite band

I just introduced a friend of mine to this cover, first thing is that he knows me as basically one-note with my music preferences being FF, and also him saying that the original Baker Street was like the music that you'd listen to while you're trapped in a furniture store with your parents.

I bought this at a Circuit City in the late 90's. Best 7.99 I ever spent
