I love how Dave always has more than one version of himself in the videos, it shows the funny and more serious sides of Dave.

So basically this video is about a guy who is afraid to show off his edgy side to a hot girl he's on a date with out of fear or rejection. As he suppresses himself, she's bored with him and thinks he's cheesy. However, it builds to the point where he can't contain it anymore. When he unleashes it, he just stands up for himself. Caused a little bit of damage to his car in the process, but overall no one was hurt/killed. And it turned out his date actually liked that edgy part of him he hid away (rocking out with band). Seems like the message is just be you.

Dave is just an excellent human being. He's a very cool person who's always been extremely gifted - years before we ever saw it. He has just been through so much in life and he's come out on top w/ strength that resonates through him. He has mad skills and he's hilarious! He's taken real tragedy and turned it into hope for every one else. I love that he always has a story or something to teach through his own life and he's not afraid to share it. I love this guy. He's kind and reflective, gifted and tough as nails! If you don't think so, you haven't been around long enough. :)

This is a great song as I'm trying to fight a side of me that's hindering me to be more confident in life. I guess back in my teens when I listened to Nirvana's lyrics, it wouldn't be a surprise that I magically got attracted to Foo Fighters. Dave's just great at writing lyrics which talk to people's souls.

I literally love every song from them. They're such a talented group! I can't wait to see them live.
