I'm still pretty new at recording and mixing drums, so a lot of my older videos don't sound the greatest. Have been making lots of adjustments to my mixes lately and I feel like they've come a long way. So I decided to revisit this video and do a remix of the performance. It sounds much better this time around and am much happier with it. As with all of my drum covers, I do not play note for note. I try to get a feel for the essence of the song and then play it as a blend of what you expect plus some improvisation. Hope you enjoy and thanks for watching!
