There is an amazing Queen concert going on up in Heaven right now, Taylor still missed and loved by FF fans ❤ he can't be replaced and neither can Freddie
You just gotta know he's up there drumming away and singing this along with his idol, Freddie Mercury. Entertaining heaven. No wonder it's called the Good Place.
Absolutely love Taylor Hawkins version of this song Queen would love it to I miss Taylor so much God bless his family and the Foo Fighter family R. I. P all my thoughts and prayers go to the Foo fighters family and his own family to.
Despite the fact they are at the highest level of the game I always feel they are just a bunch of guys having fun. Delightful to see. Grohl must wake up everyday and think am I the luckiest guy in the world to have a band and career like this?
...and losing his bud, his best friend has taken him to an all time low. He spent a whole lot more time with Taylor. My heart is torn for Dave. You can see in all there footage how much they respect and adore each other. Fly high Taylor... We miss you, your a legend with a huge heart.
I love watching Dave Grohl drumming...and his solos. This time I did notice that Dave's daughter was singing back-up...blonde hair, stage side of the back-up ladies. Easy to miss as Taylor was climbing on Pat Smear at the time. Thx for posting.
Yes, Violet Grohl is part of the chorus girls. She came on stage and sang too (there is a video somewhere out here). I decided not to recorded that one so I can actually just watch and appreciate the talent. Thanks for watching!
Such a gut wrenching shame - he was sensational, this effortless rendition disguises the world class talent it takes. Hope there is a way to resurrect the band. So sorry for Taylor’s passing, he was awesome, a beautiful human. With deepest sympathy RIP.
This is an amazing performance by everyone in the band. Even though things in life aren’t going so great for me it made me feel good to see Dave playing drums. Thanks for posting this.
I love that this is more karaoke night than professional rock band... feels like a bunch of guys who are just excited to make music... not ultra super stars... just a fun time.
@@aidan_bonner I refer to Taylor when I say the drummer and Dave when I say the singer, so I wanted to say that Taylor sings better than Dave and Dave play drums better than Taylor.
You mean the one doing the "piggy back ride" thing? Pat Smear - the one doing the solo, he's the rhythm guitar .. Chris Shiflet is the lead guitar.. - Thanks for watching!
Pat and Dave go way back, Pat was also 'in' Nirvana as the extra live guitarist on their last few tours. He probably was the first guy Dave called when he had to form a live band to play the songs he recorded for his pass time project 'Foo Fighters' Pat is an absolute monster rythmplayer, so it's cool to see him take the solo.. while giving a piggy back ride. Being the legend he is, letting Chris in on the solo action to finish the flashy part.
yeah.. that night was Pat's bd.. Right before this song, the whole venue sang happy birthday to him and Foo's did a collage of images of Pat from his beginnings to now.. it was great! Thank you for watching!
You know, those of us that loved Taylor, we can't keep from going back to all the videos that we have enjoyed. In the old days, that would have been impossible. Still heartbroken over losing Taylor, RIP brother. Dave Grohl, love seeing you play the drums. Man oh man!!!
Seriously, what kind of person gives the thumbs down to this? Greatest band on earth, right now. Great guys and great music. Anything and everything they do is incredible. Although I just saw Metallica in Louisville and they are back at the top of their game as well. ROCK IS NOT DEAD!!
Sorry, guys. Nobody should be allowed to butcher this song. Live or not, fun or not. The singing is off key most of the time and no match for the original.
