Hello everyone! Episode 7 of Radio Turku - Food in Turku. Today we welcome Yiran and Dzmitry who both work and study in the food industry but who also share a very intimate connection with this delicious art.

Yiran is a co-founder of Bentå, a company providing glocal gastronomy experiences in Turku. She is a Chinese grown up in Spain, believes in food can bridge people from different background. She is also a chemical engineer and PhD-to-be in industrial management.

Dzmitry is a Master's student in Food Development crazy about food, desserts and pastries. He believes in the multifunctionality of food and sees it as a means of communication and uses food to advocate for human rights.
