You remind me of my husband. Everything from his health to his thinking. He likes food bank days. He loves to collect knives too. We have 2 cats because I just put one down after 16 years and I thought I was literally going to die I think I actually wanted to. She was my everything. Animals are better than humans. Tumeric is a good anti inflammatory. The black pepper extract helps it to be absorbed I believe. I use turmeric powder in my cooking. It’s what makes rice, yellow rice.
You are soooo blessed to have the pain meds …. No one can get them here in MA. Yes turmeric helps .. be sure to take with food . I have tried every over the counter stuff for pain …. We get garlic bologna. Can only find it at Brookshires. Our drive thru food banks dont do anything in winter. You can go in and shop but I dont go to the ones that want personal info. I have a phobia about giving that out. Scratch Stewie for me.
Tumeric my friend is Great, I have major knee problems and currently trying to lose a few pounds before I get scheduled for a knee replacement, the Tumeric has helped with the pain somewhat just remember, it doesn't work overnight. Good luck with the back pain and God bless!
Plowing snow is never fun. We're under a winter storm alert... expecting 6+ inches with 50mph winds. And let's not forget the lake effect snow. We finally put the plow, and enclosure, on the 4-wheeler this past Sunday. I know what I'll be doing tomorrow and Saturday. I'm heading out today to the local feed guy (about 1/2 mile up our road) to get chicken laying mash and cracked corn today. Taking the 4-wheeler cause there's already about 1-inch of snow that fell over the last hour. My husband has back, and neck, pain. He had surgery on his neck in 2014, the turmeric and curcumin are GREAT. He takes that, and I make him a special tea herbal concoction every morning with turmeric, AVC, lemon juice and cayenne powder. He's off his blood pressure meds because I turned to more herbal remedies. Stay warm and safe!!

You are very lucky because my mom has arthritis real bad on her back as well. Her Primary Care Physician tells my mom she needs to loose a lot of weight and not depend on medications regularly. My mom struggled through dieting & fitness. She did accomplished what her Physician advised her. But honestly my mom ever since her diet. She gets very agitated for 6 months. She is now a changed woman. She hasn’t taken any pain meds, since.

Please limit giving your cat tuna. It's dangerous for a cat and should only be an occasional treat. You can Google: can cats eat tuna every day? It's big NO.
Crazy weather here in Maine as well, got like 3 inches of rain last night on top of it melting all the snow we had from the previous storm basement flooded and so did my backyard ugh.

Hello dale, we didn't get snow but over 3 inches of rain wind cold. Other than going to a old country store to get amish butter and gas. And went to the food bank.i haven't been anywhere else this month ,prices are outrageous. Cant afford to pay attention lol. Have a great day
Prices are crazy aren’t they. Good haul though. 3” of rain here in GA. Better than sleet, ice and snow. I lived 20 years in Alaska so I’m happy to live here in GA where we don’t get much snow at all. Stay safe.

You will be cooking with gas when you drink the caffeinated, hot, steamy coffee and take the laxatives!!!😉 We got another storm rolling through with high winds. I hate when you have to make a dozen trips out in a week. Especially when not feeling well. Glad to hear your daughter is coming in from Air Force. Can't even get a respiratory therapist to call you back ..😠😠😠 sorry personal issue. We get the same in our area. The ole road scrapper runs and throws boulders of snow back in the drive way. I have DDD and part of my spine has collapsed. I tried the tumeric but it gave me bad indigestion. I get muscle relaxers and they really help me. Let us know if you find something that helps. I think a bunch of us are out here with these bad backs. Thank you.

Take Tylenol and ibuprofen (Aleve, Motrin) for back arthritis. Alternate cold and heating pad. Avoid sitting for long periods. $5.00 for paper plates....geeze. Enjoy your daughter's visit. Take care. 😊
I know exactly what you’re talking about with getting your pain meds filled on insurance. So many rules and regulations make it really hard on us. Who are up in age. I am speaking for myself!!! lol not you prepper Dale. My friend!!! Not you. I see you have a walker like mine in the back of your vehicle. I used to walk this beach out here all the time until 2017. I had a failed back surgery. Left me on a walker… Thanks for sharing what all you got and thanks for telling us the prices of things. I usually shop online and have it delivered. I wish I was able to do more but It is what it is .. I have pretty much accepted it. I know you are looking forward to having your daughter come home to visit you!!! If you have to get out tomorrow to pick up your meds… maybe you can get out to pick up at the food pantry!!! With this weather being so cold and unpredictable. Its a lie when the Dr tells you they can only give you a 7 day supply,id have a talk with your Dr because mine tried to pull that on me and then I called the state board of pharmacy and asked,they told me that it’s up to your Dr. I told my Dr this and I now get 112 pills a month,I told him it’s hard on me to go weekly so he started writing for a month..
It wasn’t my Dr , it was my Ins Co. that would only let me have 7 days saying it was my 1st time on this Drug . After this I will get 30 day supply. (90 pills)Thanks for Watching!!😺😃

Probably, but Stewie has been eating it her whole life. She is now 14yrs old and still runs all around the house. I honestly don’t think there is any “Good” food anymore for Animals or humans. It’s all been tampered with . Thank you for Watching!!😺🥶😃
