That is a serious vacuum sealer ! Great video ! There is a fellow I met on a backpacking trip that wrote a book on making your own dried camping meals. The title is recipes for adventure and many are really good. DIY is the way to fly. Thanks for sharing !

?I saw a video where the gentlemen dehydrated cooked pasta. He said it rehydrated easier than cooking from scratch. Do you have any experience with the differences?
marrngtn the one I have is the food saver brand. Something like the 3800 I think. Can't remember for sure. I do remember I wanted the 4400 I think it was because it had excellent reviews but they didn't have it in stock. Mines decent but I think I would like to upgrade at some point cause it can be a pain sometimes getting a good seal with mine. I know that's not very helpful lol. I know there's some more expensive brands out there but food saver are supposed to be good quality and a reasonable price. Thanks for the sub! Go watch some more vids...
