Bossman this video reminds me so much of hanging out with my grandfather, seeing you and your father working the land and doing things together is something that you don’t see much of any more. Love this Channel. Reminds me of my Childhood. I was born in Harlem, N.Y. Man, people dont believe me when I tell them we raised "Huntin' Beagles" and Hunted Small Game and Fished like Crazy on Long Island. Upstate New York is a Huntin' and Fishin' Paradise. Some "City Slickers" know whats up. My Grandfather, Father and Uncles all out of North Cackalacky. Taught me how to Shoot at 7 years Old. I'm 3 mos shy of 65

I have not seen my African American brothers plant oats and run hog dogs since the 70's and 80's... Most of the guys I hunted with passed away over the years... It bring back a lot of memories..We did it in south west Alabama back in the day.... Thanks for the memories..

@@latoyaluvslocs I was broke and hunting the back woods of Alabama until the late 80's..I moved to Georgia to a better job and working 60 hours plus for the last 30 years ....... Most of my family and friends passed away... Land that we hunted on changed hands over the years and is now off limits. Now all I have is dreams of days gone by. Father time is undefeated.. Just the other day I was a young man dog hunting in the back woods of Alabama.. Now I'm a (old guy ) watching young guys do that I use to do . 😆

Much love and respect to you in the way you keep it family.. When my 2 sons and daughter were preteen's and teens we would always be hunting, fishing, or working with me in the fields. They are all grown now but each one is very successful and I like to think it's because the way they were raised, the same as you are raising your family.. Carry on Brother!!!

Why don't you use a hand spreader? The manual ones that you crank. We use those because it spreads more evenly and faster. Whatever works though works... just sharing what we use. I enjoy the videos though....keep'm coming!

I had to go back and watch the entirety of the video- awesome - amazing I just love the outdoors and the woods I was raised that way and showed how to lice off the land. If I were your wife you couldn't leave me home , I'll be on the tractor to the terrain buggy to looking at what i can spot in an adventure while taking care of what we came to do in attending and preparing the land for the season.
