I haaaave to try this it looks so good! :< I have been making only a similar looking dish cause I don't have Chinese spices and no idea where to buy it near me so I always use Korean spices and paste instead. Whenever my family would ask me what I made, I just say it's spicy tofu and meat cause I don't know what to tell them ;^;
Omg it looks and sounds super tasty. My family refuses to try any kind of tofu (getting them to taste even the almond tofu was a Thing, even though I said over and over that it isn't tofu) but I'll make it eventually anyway. More for me lmao. Thank you for sharing :)
I made a chicken dish and snuck in Tofu. No one ever knew there was Tofu in it because it broke down and blended with everything just like the shredded chicken. Worth it to get my friends to try Tofu.
