Azure Standard will never carry products containing glyphosate - as well as dozens of other harmful ingredients (including some 'natural flavors').
Azure's strict product standards mean you can shop with confidence.
In this short video, David Stelzer explains to IRT's Jeffrey Smith how glyphosate can get into crops such as fruits.
Glyphosate is an herbicide which has been proven to have harmful effects on human health. Because it's widely used in conventional agriculture - this chemical can often be found in everyday foods. We encourage you to look up "glyphosate food list", where you can learn more and see what foods contain it.
Azure Standard will never sell foods with glyphosate. We encourage you to take advantage of our online store where you can save money AND eat healthy, too.

Now on your wheat, what kind of herbicides do you use? Because somebody said that you can't grow crops without some sort of something.It's impossible? Is that true and you use a organic Product on your wheat?
@azurestandard

We do not use any herbicides of any kind (organic or otherwise) on our wheat. Crop rotations and mechanical means are what we use to control weeds. ~ David

If glyphosate is drawn up by the roots, why doesn't it kill the tree?
@javaman8895
@javaman8895 27 дней назад
I suppose glyphosate works on certain plants/weeds vs trees. For example, it doesn’t kill corn.
@47retta
@47retta 27 дней назад
@javaman8895 Corn is a GMO crop, created to be immune to glyphosate !!!

By the time it’s uptake into the tree the bacteria in the soil degrades it to a degree that it doesn’t kill the tree. ~David

So are you saying all of the farmers that you get your ingredients from are certified "glyphosate residue free"?
@azurestandard
@azurestandard 27 дней назад
Anything certified organic is by default glyphosate-free as this is part of the certification through the agencies we work with. We confirm w/ organic farms we distribute that they have organic certification and are therefore glyphosate-free. Azure testing of our own stuff has a status of “not detectable” for glyphosate. ~ David
@decolonizeEverywhere
@decolonizeEverywhere 27 дней назад
@@azurestandard no, it is not. That is why there is a separate certification because there is overspray that affects some organic produce. Just because something isn't being treated by the farmer growing the crop doesn't mean that there isn't glyphosate on it
