MONO Equipment's MD, Andrew Jones, talks about the history of MONO and the new selection of products exhibited for the first time at Foodex 2018.
Included in the innovative range was the Universal 3D-X Confectionery Depositor, capable of depositing 3 separate coloured mixes simultaneously, the new Gemini Two-Pocket Roll Plant with Roll Forming Unit and the new BX Eco-Wash Convection Oven range featuring a wealth of energy saving features including a built-in Self Wash facility.
Being a total solutions provider of bakery equipment, MONO's huge stand also included a wealth of mixers, provers, dividers, moulders, deck ovens, rack ovens, convection ovens and finishing equipment.
