This is a quick, rough-and-ready video just to show the quality of the bakes produced by our Artisan Mini Deck Oven used in our Test Bakery in Swansea.
This entry-level professional bakery deck oven spans the gap between a domestic oven and a large bakery deck oven. It has 3 decks, each with thick heat retaining tiles, and simple temperature and damper controls.
Steam can either be generated with the use of Steam Troughs or by using a pressurised water gun. Either way, as you can see, the oven produces a superb crust and that beautiful oven-bottom finish associated with artisan breads.
