Over the last 30 years, I have tried malai kofta at various places but this recipe with lots of dry fruits was exceptional. @TimesNow appreciate if you could arrange for Kunal to host some more foodie shows across the country sharing various cuisines of India ( once the lockdown opens and things normalise)

paneer can be bought at most indian grocery stores, you can google paneer and it is made from milk curdeled into cheese :)

Paneer is Cottage cheese, these days it’s available in retail grocery stores as well any Indian grocery shop. Pls youtube for Malai Kofta recipe , a few of my fav chefs are Sanjeev Kapoor, Madhulika, Harpal Sodhi , Wah re Wah
