Obesity is a very common problem in office working people like banks etc. Frequent tea with unhealthy snacks is a major cause of obesity and poor health. Even the house wives are habitual of taking frequent small meals/ snacks at home. The choice of snacks is very important. Unknowingly people are habitual of taking unhealthy starchy, fried snacks that despite walk, gym and controlled regular meals the weight is a problem. How to control it? In this video firstly I have explained the poor unhealthy office snacks, calories and problems. In second part I have explained how to burn it. In third and last part I suggested healthy food, munches, snack options and their nutritional importance. Roasted chickpea, seeds like sunflower, pumpkin, melon, watermelon are the best options.
