i have one question and plz if someone knows tell me plz: im 12 yereas old, i have newer been interesting in ballet, but now, im preety flexible, i love ballet and i am like, 44kgs and don't forget, thet im not short. the question is: can i go to ballet and become ballerina or, is that to late? plz if someone knows
As someone who has wanted to become a ballerina for the longest time but hasn't been able to because of location, this will definitely help me when I'm able to take classes after 20s. I know I won't become a professional as I'm already way past that age of training but at least I can make it a hobby. Until then I'll work on getting that flexibility and strength!
Hi I was hoping that you could do a floor leap tutorial because I have to do one in one of my dances! Thanks for your time, have a good rest of your day!!
Hi Miss Auti, I am Anna I just turned 11 unfortunately I am not old enough or good enough to go on pointe yet but this was definitely helpful tysm love from Anna to Miss Auti
Really nice stretches for my feet. I think these will be great to do every morning. But can you tune down the intro and outro music? It's kinda loud compared to the rest of the video.
So that third one you showed is actually what we do in Japanese archery. It’s extremely painful because we have to do it while lifting one knee off the ground and sometimes holding it for close to ten minutes while remaining perfectly still. I absolutely hate it. It hurts soooo much.
I did this yesterday for the first time, because dance class on Tuesday made me realize that my left pointe is not as far as my right one, so that might be the reason I had more trouble going up on my left pointe shoe. Then today during class I noticed I slight improvement so, I loved this video.
Be careful with your feet. You may not have had any injuries! I have devoted many years to dancing, more than 35, it is dangerous to do barefoot!moreover, you teach others-so unprofessionally! Fingers must be protected! In Russia, ballet is very professionally developed, no one is engaged without ballet shoes/ ballet flats/ jazz shoes/ pointe shoes / sneakers! + , professional dancers (as well as volleyball players too, for example) using a special tourniquet for ligaments and fingertips! I've had injuries that are very, very difficult to treat and painful. Recovery from foot injuries can take up to 8 months. Sometimes they lead to disability. A torn ligament or a crack in the bone is a frequent and common occurrence for dancers.😨😨😨😨🙈🙈🙈🙈I'm in shoke. As long as you are young and have not had injuries, you will not understand. But you teach others, I appeal to others, please put on your shoes!
I know these will all strengthen the ankles as well but any specific tips or excersizes for ankle strength? My ankles pop constantly woth everything I do. It isnt painful but uncomforatable.
i recently got into ballet and started getting serious about it but when i tried to see how good my arch was it was actually very good i was sitting flat on the floor with my right leg out in front of my i bent my foot and my toes almost touched the ground! my arch was very good and ive never done ballet in my life! I then wondered if maybe everyone was like that so i asked my brother and he couldnt bend it at all then i got flashbacks to when i was younger for years since i learned to walk i was obsessed with ballet so i would tip-toe everywhere i went i would NEVER WALK NEVER. this continued for years people would ask my why i tip - toed and i told them i wanted to be a ballerina eventually i stopped and started walking normally but maybe thats why my feet are flexible now?
So I have never had a ballet class i have been fallowing along with your videos since April of 2020, so my question is how do you spread your toes, litterly I can not spread my toes on my left foot, will I be able to do that if I keep doing these stretches ?
if you plié and your heels are lifting that means you are too far down and you’re doing a grande plié, the only way to fix this is to improve your turnout.
Hi!! I'm a choreographer and dancer from Spain and would be so thankful if you could please check my dance videos/show some support during hard times❤️ thank you❤️
