the number after the period is percentage of 1 pound aka 16ounces. so anything around .25 is quarter pound aka 4 ounces, .75 would be 12 ounce etc.. the proper way to call the weight is ex: 4.65 or just 4.6 pounder or even just simply 4 and a half pounder but for records just multiply 16x.65 for the exact ounces.

I caught a 147 cm pike in croatia when i was 13 and an 120cm-ish when i was 16 also other 100's but i ain't that lucky anymore

120kg spotted medium mouth bass is my pb xD I honestly have never went bass fishing sooo..yea 😂
