engineering staff (Aden/pwi/adst/s&t) usually do this footplate inspection of their respective section in rail engines. they usually check the blocks, grass, ballast, signals and poles on their section wether they are in good position or not. #train #loco #cabride #cab #startingofloco

If you want 1M views do the following: a) Mount GoPro on front windshield facing forward (with vacuum mount) b) Mount 2nd GoPro inside the cabin focused on control panel and back of motor men c) Mount regular camera facing the motor men. The footage has to be edited to make it a full narrative, ideally 10 mins. I will guarantee that you will have one of the most successful train videos on RU-vid

See, it's good if you are trying hard to achieve it. Nothing is absolute, everything is relative. Even a SDM will feel inferior in front of DM, similarly a track man will feel inferior in front of ALP. So whatever is your aim try hard to achieve that. Best of luck!!!

There are 4 ways to enter into railway engine. 1. Be a locopilot through RRC exam, and you will get chance to ride this beast. 2. Get entry into group D post and give GDSE promotion exam you will become logo pilot or je. 3. Get entry as a Junior engineer or senior section engineer and will get chance once or twice in a month to do foot plate inspection in locos and rear guard van. 4. Write UPSC civil services paper and become officer in railways, you can do inspection whenever you want. (* One more option - be a railway minister of India and you may sit wherever you want 😋)

No man... You may break traffic rules when police man isn't watching you, but here you can't take such risk. 😜 You have to follow every rule regarding speed n all which is instructed by station master.
