start considering higher grounds, couple of years from now coastal cities around the globe will be under seawater and usable land will shrink accordingly. Many people will perish if we stubbornly chose to cling onto the present coastal cities. Mother nature knows how to deal with the problem with human behavior and we earn the consequences.
