We are really lucky to have Karim Benzema one of the legends of the game who was so underrated like others as well because his brilliance was during the Era of Messi and Ronaldo who by the way both of them spoks very highly and praised Karim on multiple occasions, Karim is not just a striker he is a complete forward, he can dribble, he can pass, he can create chances, he can press and defend the ball, he can play headers and in most of his career he was never the penalty taker yet he has over 430 goals for club and country adding to that the period of absense from the national team. Benzema always sacrificed his talent for the sake of the team, he had rough patches in and outside the pitch yet he proved to everyone his immense quality and technical abilities with the leadership, discipline, maturity, effeciency and being smart on how to deal with all the pressure, he is for sure of the greats of this game and as football fans we should put aside our bias and hatred towards our rivals players and players and appreciate Karim for what he has achieved and still achieving in football

The thing with benzema is was his mentality. When he was among ronaldo and others, he learnt from them and kept learning till it was his time to shine. He could have left club early to become main stream in some other team and would have gone either way, but he was there enjoying his time with all. Young players should take a note of this.
