I mean wow. This channel really does shine a light on the less seen side of football and also how something as kicking a ball can lead to actual world conflict.
@@Ietmeth1nkdk what he sais before he edited the comment, but he was probably talking about the ikrainian hooligans joining the protests and riots in 2014, which then also led to the invasion of crimea, donbas and donetsk and most likely is connected to the 2022 invasion.
@@notpissedenough5623 this is just CIA propaganda, script was definitely handed to them by the NYT. Embarrassing that they agreed to do it. The channel is a joke now
Now we go to VAR. Did they continue beating the opponent when they were knocked out? This is for a spot for UCL secret fight club quarterfinals. Always tough to loose on penalties after 39 seconds of extra time.
Let me just say, if you're not part of ultras group or you never took a trip for a meet up with other ultras, you can only vaguely guess how things are played out. It obviously variates from country to country, but things are far more complex than one would assume. Stories are told all around, but 90% of the entirety is never spoken of, you can see a couple of minutes of a fight in videos, but the entire background and what goes on before and after is something you'd have to be a part of to know. I know a lot of people find these fights to be idiotic and dumb, am not gonna try to prove anyone wrong, but you'd have to be there to actually get a full picture to understand.
At least I know the answer to why hooliganism seemed to stop. You’d read about constant hooliganism in the papers and then one day you didn’t. This makes a lot of sense.
Can you make sensible transfers for chelsea hooligans ? We have some decent young fighters but lack leaders with experience. Do you think the vice captain of Bayern hooligans be willing to join us for 50 million as hes on the last year of his contract
@@V-O-V Meaningless label given what falls under it in the English-speaking world. They might have at least touched on what happened in Odesa in 2014, when they killed 48 people, mostly by burning them alive. But no, instead we hear that Azov "helped push back on the violence". Shameless.
This is wild. I like how they are super disciplined with MMA/gym training, no alcohol or drugs, military style heriarchy, strict rules on communication and proliferation. There has to be a movie/documentary on this - 110% would watch. LOL Europeans soccer fans are next level.
A Belgian photographer had a project called “bosfights” that got a lot of attention and praise. On a side note he had to defend himself in court later, he was one of those 66 people mentioned in the video, cause he was suspected to participate in free fights himself. So free fights are definitely not that secretive anymore.
just look up king of the streets on here. You'll find most of the guys involved are from firms and the more popular ones will vlog their training and prep, mini docs etc
Being in a circle where I see all the (very few) videos, it is kept very secret and many Dont talk about it, this is like doing a documentary on fight club but having ten percent of the information you need to get the full picutre.
You missed that the polish forrest boxing are so organized that they have a league and every week a new magasin gets released with news of the lastest fights, league positions and so on.
Great video. Hope more people will now understand what modern hooliganism is. The truth is that the scene of organized secret meetups has been around and prevailing for more that 12-15 years.
Longer than that, even. The mobile phone made making a meet easy, you could change plans quickly, too, if there was too much police presence when you got to the oppos town.
2 days ago, an AEK fan from Greece was killed by Dinamo Zagreb hooligans after the latter made a raid consisting of 120-150 men in Athens. The timing of this video hit hard
@@SevenTheMisgiven Its both. The structure is very loose so you get public episodes happening from time to time. Its not like there is a strict official confederation at the top that regulates every member and their activities down to the last detail, like football matches are.
This is why I've always been inclined to opine that countries like Saudi Arabia can't replicate what top European leagues have through money-washing nor can FIFA achieve it by creating "more international club tournaments" Football in Europe is a cultural spectacle with numerous subcultures. These subcultures form the foundations of the authentic passion seen on match days. Any spectacle that's not rich in genuine passion is usually short-lived. Money can't buy something like this
Saudi football has subculture , ittihad is 95 years old and ahli is 86 and shabab 76 al-Nasser and al-hilal almost 70 and all with generational fans and subcultures, rival team will fight outside the field physical and verbal, and in normal day to day you might get depromotion by a rival team supporter at work. Each team has ultras as well and club anthems Its also in South America , Europeans just suddenly forget that part it seems.
Of course written by the wonderful James montague! Remember fights in Italy on the highway and in the netherlands in a nearby forest over the last season. Bing thing up in NL for sure
The milan derby has cleaned itself up in the last couple of decades. Long gone are the times of scooters thrown from the spectators seats. Now besides a few jokes here and there there arent really any cases of violence between the 2 teams. I see inter v juve, roma v lazio, napoli v any of the big 3 in the north much more likely to happen. In fact they do happen, just not as organized as the examples in the video.
Yeah bruh. Me too. Like what the f? I do applaud them from keeping the rest of us out of it and safe. Hope they have volunteer emergency personnel to protect each other too. Stay safe guys.
Tifo Football is one of my favourite channels, because it's so easy to learn things and they also make it interesting! Seriously, if Tifo Football and Joe Devine did educational videos when I was doing GCSE I would have legit got straight A*'s 😂
I liked the video. In fact the topic seems so interessting, that I would love to see more about the hooligan scene. Where are the origins? How is the relation to football? In what way are theses effecting the normal fans? Is it transforming to a second game parallel to football or is it going to stand on its own one day?
Would not mind if they having their own league. I mean K.O.T.S is almost UFC for Hooligans. But going after civilians like i witness by myself in the 90s is total no go.
I would rather men who wanted to engage in violence did it with other willing participants away from the stadiums. Not my idea of a good time, but then I support boxing and UFC - of course with it being legalised and monitored it allows for less insane injuries and accidents. Perhaps legalising it would make it better in some respects. Stopping them from meeting would probably cause more drama.. Eitherway I'll stick to climbing and skateboarding lol.
Legia warszaw Poland hooligans fight in KSW Poland top ufc promotion and do very well plus would you rather innocent fans get battered or people who want to fight to get battered
@@cabraonropes5622 how about nobody gets battered, as a doctor i don't want to focus on people who willingly hurt themselves instead of actual sick people
i dont see why the f the police, the goverment and the justice have to get in the middle. This are grown ups who had agreed to exchange punches, with no weapons and without breaking any law. If only they put the same energy chasing the p3d0 networks around europe, that would be admirable and a true service to the community.
I thought actual professional football players that we know are in those fightS 😆💀 imagine if Declan Rice just appears in game with a black eye and nobody knows how it happened lmao
Good video, but is one problem. Some of this "fan club hooligans" are gangsters (illegal fights are small crime they do, there are biggests crimes). This gangsters sometimes take partial or full control of football clubs (for example Wisła Kraków since 2014 [probably earlier, but isyear when first articles in the press appears] unitl 2018-2019).
It's more like you are in the know & then get an invite to join you need to be in there circel already then you get your chance to train you need to do so for at least a year train that is before they will even consider letting you actually join in a proper fight. Herd a story of a guy that joined trained with such a group for just over a year & still they would not let him take part in such a fight they sead he was not ready he thought he was so he sead to himself I am just wasting my time here & walked away in the end from this group. It's not like joining a firm in The U.K decades ago they are far more selective as to how they let in now you cant just say you want to join & your in it stopped working like that about 2010.
As an american i know what it is hooliganism it's the most hated sub culture in britain i saw many hooligans film like green street hooligans one of my favorite movies about hooligan football in England one of who is leader from the lazio ultras called irriducibili name Fabrizio piscitelli aka diabolik the king of football of the far right ultras now its the 4th anniversary of his death
crazy how some ppl just be starting military groups...I wanna say like bro just chill out but who knows what it's like over there or what drives these ppl to do that. Maybe the desperation of freedom and liberty for one's motherland. i can understand that
I'm trying out football youtube shorts now, thank you for inspiring me! I'm putting a lot of effort and, after two months, I now recently hit 100 subscribers! :)
