This drill aims to get players moving their feet and create awareness of their opponent and players around them. An easy, quick activity to complete after warm up.
Drill Instructions:
1) Players to face each other in pairs
2) Start by moving around. The aim is to tap their partners shoulder whilst avoiding
being tapped.
Progression 1 *make sure eyes are up!
1) Players bend their knees and try to stay on their toes.
2) Move around and try to tap each other on the knees whilst avoiding being tapped.
Progression 2
1) Using their feet, player to try and tap their partner’s feet whilst avoiding being tapped on their foot.
