Great explanation. I went through a lot videos and currently I am studying to take a Sgt exam but I couldnt agree better with Captain Dabdoub's explanation. He is straight forward and explains it well. I just think that initiative could be associate with decision. But overall it is a great video. I wish we had more videos of him explaining about in box exercise.
@@andyd2342 This was 2 years ago. The list was valid for two years. We had another one this year and we just finished the assessment process last week. Now waiting for the list. This time I did pretty well. We shall see.
@@oscarapple1365 Did great. Got on 8th place for Sgt and 1st for corporal. I would highly pay attention what he shared on this video. I little detail here and from other videos you can combine them all and come up with your own answers. I just think this small video was very helpful to me and I am thankful that I came across this. Truly.
