Restoration of a second very nice 62mas / 6217-8001 from October 1966, same owner.
PSA: This video contains sub-optimal levels of editing, enough to get it done. We have zero script beyond the questions people have sent in. Same for the sound - I forget my microphone pretty regularly, so if you can hear *anything* count that as a win. Even if that "anything" is tuneless humming. I did pump up the volume though. YMMV if you choose to spend part of your life on this. No Refunds. Enjoy!

I'd really like 👍 to find a bucket 🪣 full of these at an estate sale. It would be very interesting 🤔, going through it, looking at all the different watches ⌚️. Mechanical watches are my favorite, but battery 🔋 operated ones are fine, too. Your friend, Jeff.

Wow! Very nice.That is my birth year and month.I still have my turtle 6309 I bought at eglin air force base px when I was in the army in the 80's.I wore it 24/7 when I was stationed in Panama in 86-88 and thought central America. 62mas is on my radar.Currently have the mm200 spb079 .Thanks for sharing.
